SUMEE is a newly released emulator app for iPhone that gives the device a Wii-inspired interface for playing retro games. It follows Apple's 2024 policy change that opened the door to emulator apps on iOS, which had previously been barred from the App Store. The app aims to bring a console-like, menu-driven experience to iPhone emulation rather than a bare-bones player. Since the 2024 rule change, a number of emulator apps have appeared for iPhone, giving users more options for playing classic games on their devices.
