Modern Vintage Gamer is working on an improved version of the 1989 Amiga port of Capcom's arcade classic Ghouls 'n Ghosts. The original port, developed by Software Creations and published by U.S. Gold, was considered a decent effort at the time but was criticised for not making use of the Amiga's custom chipset, a common shortcoming among ports of that era. The new project aims to address that shortfall and bring the conversion closer to taking advantage of the Amiga's hardware capabilities.
