Nagoshi Studio, the Tokyo-based developer founded by Yakuza and Super Monkey Ball creator Toshihiro Nagoshi, has officially been dissolved. A notice in Japan's government gazette Kanpo states the studio was dissolved through a shareholders' resolution on October 31, with the filing published November 2. The studio was established in November 2021 under NetEase Games. Its closure casts doubt over the future of GANG OF DRAGON, a game it had announced, which now seems unlikely to ever release.
