Hobo's Following Pokémon is a fan-made mod for Pokémon Black and Black 2 that lets a chosen Pokémon follow the player around Unova, inspired by the system from HeartGold and SoulSilver. It supports all 649 species from Generations 1-5, including shiny overworld sprites, over 10,000 dialogue options, and works on both emulators and physical DS hardware.
