Hamster is bringing SNK's 1989 arcade shoot-'em-up Prehistoric Isle to its Arcade Archives series on Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, with release set for October 29th 2026. The game casts players as a pilot exploring mysterious shipwrecks in the Bahamas while battling dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures. Prehistoric Isle had previously appeared as part of the SNK 40th Anniversary Collection, but this marks its release as a standalone Arcade Archives title. The release follows Hamster's recent Arcade Archives entry for Ace Driver Victory Lap.
