Developer Cobbpg has created an unofficial NES port of Geoff Crammond's Stunt Car Racer. The project combines the code of the original Commodore 64 release with the visual style of the Amiga version, reworked by hand to adapt the game to the NES's hardware limitations. The port makes use of the MMC3 mapper to push the console's technical capabilities. Stunt Car Racer, originally released in 1989, is known for its 3D stunt racing over elevated tracks.
