Voyager Amiga Browser Gets 3.5.3 Beta Update

The amigazen project has released a 3.5.3 beta of Voyager, the AmigaOS web browser originally developed by David Gerber and the late Oliver Wagner. Gerber released the browser's source code under the GPL nine years ago, and this update focuses on getting it to compile cleanly and fixing bugs. New features include HTTPS support via AmiSSL or the bundled AmiTLS, completed printing functionality covering dialogs, menus, ARexx and TurboPrint, and mapping of UTF-8 HTML content onto the OS3 Latin-1 character set. The default User-Agent is now set to Firefox 4.0.1 on Windows 7.
