Open source kernel with multicore support unveiled for AmigaOS 4

At Pianeta Amiga, former OS4 developer Andrea 'afxgroup' Palmatè presented a new kernel intended to replace ExecSG, the AmigaOS 4 kernel created by Thomas Frieden 25 years ago. Built on AROS source code, it already runs on the Sam460ex and X5000, adds Thread Local Storage support, and offers multicore support, though details on its implementation remain undisclosed.
