PK30 is a fan-made ROM hack forked from Shin Pokemon that brings Pokémon Red, Blue, and Green up to a Gen IX-style battle system, including abilities, held items, the physical/special split, IVs, and Dark, Steel, and Fairy types. It also adds 49 moves from later generations and rebalances level-up movesets, largely based on Gen V design.
